By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Orders
Your order is accepted only once we’ve confirmed it by email. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we’ll refund you in full.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the addresses you provide at checkout, so please make sure they are correct. Estimated delivery times are shown on our Shipping Policy page and at checkout. They are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather or high demand. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Our products are intended for use with pets. Always supervise your pet while using our products, and stop using a product if your pet shows discomfort or signs of irritation. Products are not a substitute for veterinary advice. If you have concerns about your pet’s health, please consult a veterinarian. Please follow any instructions that come with the product.
